Kashmiri chai takes its name from Kashmir and is loved across Pakistan. Its pink colour makes it easy to spot. At Grill 'n' Cafe it is a menu favourite, and the restaurant's own description puts it at the end of a great meal: bun kababs, burgers and halwa poori “washed down with Kashmiri or karak chai”.
